- Pre-trip
Driver competence
ADR certification, rest times and fitness to drive are verified before every trip.
- Pre-loading
Vehicle & tank inspection
Valves, seals, pressure-relief equipment and fire extinguishers are inspected against a checklist.
- Planning
Route risk analysis
Safe routes and rest stops are set, taking tunnels, built-up areas and weather into account.
- During the trip
On-road monitoring
Position, speed and tank data are monitored live; if a threshold is exceeded, the driver and team are notified immediately.
- Close-out
Delivery & records
The trip is closed with the discharge procedure, a leak-tightness check and the delivery note.
