Process / End to end

The journey of a shipment:
five links, one chain.

From request to delivery, every step is recorded and overseen by our operations centre. Scroll down to move the shipment forward and see what is done, what is checked and what is recorded at each link.

  1. Step 01 · Request & analysis

    Request & planning

Together we define your requirement by load type, quantity, origin and destination, and time window. Vehicle, driver, route and documents are then matched to the product class, and ADR restrictions, rest stops and emergency scenarios are built into the plan.

    • Product class: LNG (UN 1972) · LPG (UN 1965) · chemicals
    • One-off, scheduled or project-based planning
    • Route risk analysis: tunnels, built-up areas, weather
    • Confirmation of quote, capacity and terminal slot

  2. Step 02 · Filling & loading

Filling and loading at the terminal

We coordinate with the terminal or filling plant, and the vehicle, tank and equipment are inspected against a checklist. LNG is loaded in the liquid phase at −162 °C; LPG is loaded liquefied, under pressure. No trip starts until the paperwork is complete.

  3. Step 03 · Monitored transport

On the road: pressure and temperature monitoring

Position, speed, tank pressure and temperature are tracked 24/7 from our operations centre via GPS/telematics. If a threshold is exceeded, the driver and team are notified immediately and a defined response procedure kicks in. Arrival times and any likely delays are communicated to the customer proactively.

  4. Step 04 · Delivery point

    Discharge at the delivery point

A safe discharge procedure is followed: a safety perimeter is set up, hose connections and earthing are checked, and the product is transferred into the customer’s storage tank. After a leak-tightness check and quantity measurement, the delivery note is signed.

  5. Step 05 · Close-out

    Reporting and improvement

The shipment summary, temperature and pressure logs and performance data are shared with the customer. Deviations and incident logs are reviewed, and the plan for the next shipment is improved using this data.

FAQ / Frequently asked

Common questions.

Why is LNG transported at −162 °C?

At atmospheric pressure, natural gas liquefies at −162 °C and its volume shrinks by a factor of about 600. This makes it economical to transport to places the pipeline network doesn’t reach. Our cryogenic tankers hold this temperature throughout the journey thanks to their vacuum-insulated, double-walled construction.

What does the EMRA LNG Transmission Licence mean?

In Türkiye, transmitting LNG by road requires a licence from the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). As a licence holder, Ventes Lojistik carries out LNG transport within the legal framework and under regulatory supervision.

Which products do you carry?

Our core focus is the transport and distribution of LNG (UN 1972) and LPG (UN 1965). We also offer ADR-regulated chemical transport, storage & logistics, and container & transit haulage.

Which regions do you serve?

We transport and distribute LNG and LPG to every region of Türkiye. For container and transit haulage, we provide door-to-door service across borders, customs clearance included.

How can I track my shipment?

Our vehicles are tracked 24/7 via GPS/telematics. Throughout the trip, our operations centre shares position, estimated arrival and delivery details with you, and corporate customers also receive shipment-level temperature and pressure reports.

What information do you need to prepare a quote?

Product type, quantity, loading and delivery points, preferred dates and any special requirements will all speed up your quote. Simply share these details via the contact form.
